Accessibility statement
Last updated · 28/04/2026
Casenta Property is committed to making casenta.id accessible to everyone, regardless of ability or the technology used to browse the web. We actively work to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA standard published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).
Conformance status
This website aims to be fully conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Fully conformant means that the content meets all WCAG 2.2 Level AA success criteria without any exceptions.
We conducted an internal accessibility review in April 2026 and addressed all identified failures, including colour contrast, keyboard navigation, form label association, and focus management. We intend to review conformance annually and whenever significant changes are made to the site.
Technical specifications
This website is built on semantic HTML5 and relies on the following technologies for conformance:
- HTML
- CSS
- WAI-ARIA
- JavaScript
Interactive components — including navigation menus, dialogs, and form controls — are built using Radix UI primitives, which are designed with accessibility as a core requirement.
Known limitations
Property photographs displayed on listing pages rely on alt text entered by our team when uploading images. Where a photograph has not yet been given a descriptive alt text, a generic fallback (e.g. "Photo 1") is displayed to screen readers. We are working to ensure all images carry descriptive alt text.
Interactive maps embedded on property and region pages are provided by a third-party library (Leaflet). Map tiles and some map controls may have limited accessibility. Key geographic information is also available in text form on each page.
Feedback and contact
We welcome feedback on the accessibility of this website. If you experience any barriers, or if a page or feature does not meet your accessibility needs, please contact us:
- Email: hello@casenta.id
We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within five business days and to propose or implement a solution within fifteen business days.
Enforcement
If you are not satisfied with our response, or if we have not responded within fifteen business days, you may wish to contact the relevant enforcement body in your jurisdiction. In Indonesia, digital accessibility obligations may be raised with the Ministry of Communication and Digital Affairs (Kemenkomdigi).
